1. Local Delivery Options ( Singapore )

Same-Day Delivery ( Most Areas )​
 
  • Cost: SGD $35 ( Standard delivery fee ). *Please see 'Same-Day Delivery Conditions' below regarding potential surcharges for specific areas.

  • Availability: Place your order by 6:00 PM for same-day delivery between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
​
  • Details: We aim to deliver your order promptly and reliably. However, the exact delivery time may vary due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
​
  • Our local deliveries are fulfilled by Lalamove.

Same-Day Delivery Conditions
 
  • Same-day delivery is generally available for residential addresses. However, deliveries to some areas may be subject to limitations or require an additional surcharge due to location, access restrictions, or specific timing requirements.

  • Examples of areas that may require a surcharge (which will be confirmed with you via WhatsApp before processing your order) include, but are not limited to:
    • Sentosa Island
    • Jurong Island / Tuas Industrial Zones
    • Airport Cargo Complex / Changi Airport Terminals (Non-Public Areas)
    • PSA Ports / Shipyards
    • Specific Government Buildings, Army Camps, or Secured Facilities
    • CBD addresses with restricted loading bay access or specific delivery time windows
    • Specific country clubs, remote recreational facilities, or locations along Changi Coast Walk / far East Coast Park areas (e.g., NSRCC Changi)

  • We will confirm final delivery availability and any applicable surcharges with you via WhatsApp after you place your order.
​
  • If you believe your address falls into such a category, feel free to check potential surcharges with us via WhatsApp before ordering to avoid surprises.
2. Store Pickup
​
  • Pick up your order directly from our store and save on delivery fees.
​
  • Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 hour during our pickup hours.
​
  • Our pickup location is: Golden Landmark Shopping Complex

  • Pickup hours: Monday to Saturday 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm Our shop is closed on all Sundays and public holidays.
3. International Shipping
​
  • We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries via FedEx.
​
  • Cost: Due to the varying nature of international shipments (destination, package weight, and dimensions), shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 93800196 with your desired items and full delivery address for a personalized shipping quote. We will provide you with a screenshot of the exact FedEx fee.

  • Delivery Time: International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery times will be provided with your shipping quote.
​
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

4. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

  • For both local and international orders, if tracking is available, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
