1. Our Commitment
At Gamesnchips.com, we take pride in the quality of our gaming supplies. To ensure your satisfaction, every item undergoes a strict quality inspection before handover or delivery. Due to the personalized nature of our service via WhatsApp, all return and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We generally reserve the right to refuse service or deny requests in instances of abusive language, harassment of staff, or unreasonable demands.
2. How to Request a Refund
To streamline the process, all requests must be initiated via WhatsApp at +65 93800 196.

Please do not return any items to our shop without prior confirmation.

Unapproved returns will not be processed.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

Report it: You must WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery.

Prove it: Please include clear photos or videos of the defect and the packaging.

Resolution: If the error is ours, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return delivery costs.
4. Change of Mind & Exchanges
We understand that preferences can change. While we generally do not offer cash refunds for "change of mind," we are happy to facilitate an exchange for another item of equal or higher value, subject to the following strict conditions:

Condition: The item must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (shrink wrap intact).

Timeline: You must contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase.

Costs: The customer is responsible for all delivery costs associated with the exchange (returning the old item and delivering the new one). Alternatively, exchanges can be done at our shop by appointment.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Items that have been used, unwrapped, or modified by the customer.

Customized or personalized products.

Clearance / "As Is" Items: Items marked as "Clearance," "Display Set," or "Sold As Is" are final sale. These items may have cosmetic imperfections which are reflected in the discounted price; they cannot be returned due to these existing conditions.
6. Processing Your Refund
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original method of payment (e.g., PayNow / Credit Card). Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Policy Agreement
By completing a purchase with Gamesnchips.com (whether online or in-store), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Exchange Policy.
