At gamesnchips, every order undergoes a mandatory pre-delivery quality inspection before dispatch to ensure all tiles and accessories are 100% complete and defect-free.

 

( Note: Our team opens outer factory seals or packaging wrappers to perform this check. An unsealed outer wrap confirms your set has successfully passed our inspection ).

1. Delivery Damage or Defects

​

If your order arrives damaged from transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right with a complimentary 1-to-1 replacement ( or replacement parts ):

 

• Reach out within 24 hours: Let us know via WhatsApp at +65 9380 0196 within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

• Share photos / videos: Send us a quick photo or video showing the defect along with the outer packaging box and shipping label.

• Doorstep swap: Once verified, we will arrange doorstep pickup and deliver your replacement at zero cost to you.

2. All Sales Final & No Change of Mind

All sales are final. Because every Mahjong set and accessory is quality-inspected and prepared specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind once an order is placed or dispatched.
