1. Delivery Damage or Defects

If your order arrives damaged from transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right with a complimentary 1-to-1 replacement ( or replacement parts ):

 

• Reach out within 24 hours: Let us know via WhatsApp at +65 9380 0196 within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

• Share photos / videos: Send us a quick photo or video showing the defect along with the outer packaging box and shipping label.

• Doorstep swap: Once verified, we will arrange doorstep pickup and deliver your replacement at zero cost to you.

2. Final Sale & Change of Mind

​

Because our gaming sets and accessories are brand new and carefully packed, we do not offer returns, cash refunds, or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been confirmed or dispatched.

To ensure quality and hygiene for all buyers, items cannot be returned or replaced if:

• The original protective plastic shrink wrap on Mahjong tiles has been opened or removed.

• The item has already been used or played with.

• The item was purchased under Clearance or Display Set promotions.
