At gamesnchips, same-day delivery is fully included with your order across Singapore. We carefully pack and dispatch every set so it reaches you safely, quickly, and hassle-free.

1. Express Same-Day Delivery

Every Mahjong set and accessory order includes express delivery:

• Delivery Fee: Included.

• Speed: As fast as within a few hours upon dispatch confirmation.

• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM are dispatched for same-day arrival.

• Anywhere in Singapore: Direct to your home, hotel lobby / concierge, chalet, or event venue.

• Live Tracking: We will send you the courier’s live tracking link via WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is on the road.

2. Mahjong Tables Schedule

​

For bulky items like foldable or automatic Mahjong tables:

​

• Dedicated Transport: Table deliveries follow dedicated scheduling. Please refer to the specific product listing page for current lead times and availability.

• Arrangement: Our team will WhatsApp you directly to arrange an exact delivery slot that fits your schedule.

3. Special Handling & Surcharges

​

Standard delivery covers all locations with lift or direct ground access. Additional courier handling charges may apply only for:

​

• Stair Carry ( No Lift Access ): Walk-up apartments or venues where items must be manually carried up stairs ( quoted per floor by the courier ).

• Restricted Zones: Strictly secured locations requiring special security clearance ( e.g., Jurong Island, military camps ).

If applicable, any courier stair fees will be clarified with you via WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

4. Pre-Dispatch Quality Inspection

​

To guarantee that your Mahjong set is 100% complete and defect-free, our team carefully opens outer plastic seals / wrappers prior to dispatch to inspect tile counts, craftsmanship, and accessories. Receiving an unsealed outer wrapper is normal and confirms your set has passed our pre-delivery quality check.

5. How We Coordinate Your Order

1. Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will reach out via WhatsApp ( +65 9380 0196 ) to confirm your exact delivery location ( home, hotel concierge, or venue ).

2. Dispatch & Tracking: We inspect and pack your items, then share the live driver tracking link.

3. Receipt: Please ensure someone is on-site ( or inform the hotel concierge ) to receive the parcel.
