1. Local Delivery (Singapore)
Standard Same-Day Delivery We use Lalamove to ensure your items arrive promptly.

Availability: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for Same-Day Delivery.

Delivery Window: Typically between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. (Note: Exact delivery timing depends on traffic conditions and driver availability.)
Surcharge Zones & Conditions
Same-day delivery is available for most residential addresses. However, specific conditions may incur an additional surcharge (payable via PayNow before dispatch).
Common Surcharges include:

No Lift Access / Stairs: If the driver needs to carry items up stairs (e.g., shophouses or landed properties without lifts), an additional fee applies per floor.

Restricted Zones: Sentosa Island, Tuas, Army Camps, CBD addresses with restricted loading bays, etc.
We will confirm the final delivery slot and any applicable surcharges via WhatsApp after you place your order.
2. Store Pickup
Skip the delivery fee by collecting your order directly from our shop.
